Aqui transcrevo o último e-mail que recebi da minha querida amiga Suzanne, libanesa, estudante de medicina em Milão:

Can we tolerate a new war again? There's something wrong in the world (In the Policy of things) something telling some IGNORANTS that war can resolve PROBLEMS!
WAKE UP, Please!

WAR IS NOT A SOLUTION!!! IT IS THE PROBLEM!!!

What Kind of solution are we presenting to the future with WAR?!

"Don't cease bombs...and we are ready for total WAR" said Hassan Nasrallah (Hezbollah's Leader) This is a tragedy!!!

Israel is surrounding Lebanon destroying all the strategic points...LEBANON IS ISRAEL PRISONER now! Why?! We all know the answer, it isn't Lebanon's Game. It's USA and Iran's Game.

Some facts:
Lebanon has debts to pay til more than hundreds of years from now (If they could do something in years), it's a good country for being attacked and its military capacities and forces are quite bad.

The reality of the matter is that Hezbollah (Iran's and Syria's son) needs war to exist, otherwise there would be no reason for its existence. Iran is giving them all the guns they need.

USA (G. Bush) has the pleasure to say that ISRAEL has the right to "DEFEND" itself!!! From what??? Doing what??? By putting terror in a whole COUNTRY!!!

ALL LEBANESE ARE AFRAID. LEBANON COULDN'T BREATHE SOME FREEDOM From The Syrian's devastating long stay, to be leaded by a group into another WAR.

FlashBack: (What I can Remember From the recent events are the photos of the LEBANESE YOUTH Shouting: "SYRIA OUT! We want a FREE Country, We want Lebanon to be the MASTER of itself..." Are all these photos to be forgotten now?! Are all this fight for a Free Lebanon to be Destroyed now??? Maybe. Lebanon, a small country,maybe one of the smallest of the arab countries, is in the middle of a Political Play: USA (ISRAEL) / IRAN (Lebanon= Palestinan Refugees). )

And who pays? Innocents pay! I am really disappointed to see, that in my country, there are persons still thinking that war is the solution!!!
What Lebanese ask?

Israel has to be stopped by ONU for agression on Lebanese Lands and they have to take some serious measures to Stop ETERNALLY this agression! This is what we, lebanese ask (and what we will NEVER obtain.) But usually you have to ask for more than what you know you can get, to get the half of it...

WE (Lebanese, living today) will never see the results, it would be too late for us if someday we see a FREE LEBANON. TOTALLY FREE! The game is bigger than two soldiers captured by Hezbollah, it's just the direct excuse.

Lebanon is not Iraq! We cannot permit another War!!! But we need a new Policy! Some new politicians that can take a decision without beeing under other countries' pressure.

This is quite impossible, Lebanon NEVER took a decision for Itself. This Policy needs some training. Lebanon has no experience with Independence!

Wish israelis raids stop now. Though if Hezbollah keeps on taking the same position, and israel the same, no wishes could be made.
